Per extended charter hour there is an extra charge of 300 euro / hr.

The Maximum amount of Guests allowed on a charter yacht depends on the Maximum allowed on the boat, but can never be more than 12. If the yacht is limited to 6, then the maximum number of guests allowed on board is 5. If the yacht is limited to 14 people, then the Maximum allowed on board is limited to 12 Max. By law it is set out to be the Maximum we are allowed to take, this is also done for your safety. Charter yachts require to have safety equipment on board based on this MAXIMUM amount of people. Taking more people on board can have Some serious consequences that also reflect on the insurance of the yacht and your safety. The captain of the yacht has the right to cancel the charter without refund if this is not respected.
